Hi! My name is Jazmin, and I'm excited you are here. I have been assisting people on their wellness journey for over 9 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor. I have an extensive background from training youth athletes to working professionals with minimal to advanced experience in fitness.
